At Zero Yoga Classes and Description
Hot 26 & 2 (60, 75, and 90)
Often referred to as Original Hot Yoga, this class, developed in the Ghosh lineage in Kolkata (Calcutta) is a 90 minute class. There are 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in this practice. All postures are done twice in the 90 minute and variations of sets in the 75 minute and 60 minute which move a bit quicker.
The benefits come from creating pressure and exertion and after each posture there is deep relaxation to integrate the benefits of the pose.
Proper alignment is what is focused on and not on the depth of each posture. This is why it is accessible to all levels and makes it challenging every time you step on your mat. This practice is therapeutic and supports stillness in body and mind. Plan to sweat and purify and detoxify your body.
Hot 26 with Tunes
This is the OG 26 and 2 but with tunes and fun variations for 2nd set.
This 75 min class is all the postures from The OG 26 & 2, some in a different order and it's set to music. It's 75 minutes vs. 90 minutes because the set up instruction is shorter. Plan to have fun, be challenged, and leave inspired and ready to take on your day with gusto.
Kundalini yoga and meditation
This yoga technology combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It can bring balance to the body, mind, and soul. Kundalini yoga is a form of yoga that involves chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and repetitive poses.
As Kundalini yoga awakens energy in your body , it has the ability to create increased awareness and help you move past your limited mind, thoughts, and old patterns, so you can feel more grounded and connected to you and your inner guidance system. Sometimes, the practice is also called “yoga of awareness.”
This is a ONE-HOUR power yoga sequence. It is a breath focused type of flow yoga using breath to move from one pose to the next in a fun sequence designed to bring strength to your mind, body, and soul. Prepare to leave feeling inspired and complete working the whole body. This is an excellent practice along side the 26 and 2. Give it a whirl!
Hot Yin Yoga
Hot Yin yoga is meditative and creates a feeling of openness and expansion. In Hot Yin yoga, the asanas (poses or postures) are held for at least three minutes allowing the body to relax and create breakthroughs in the body and mind. Creates healthy fascia and balance. The room temperature is set at 95 degrees Fahrenheit, which is somewhat cooler than the temperatures in a Hot yoga class.
Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining fun flowing movements and traditional yoga poses along with strength training and resistance band work. This interval training workout will leave you feeling alive, strong, and uplifted.

This series starts with the Pranayama breathing, Salutation to the Gods and Goddesses and has all of the 26 postures you love with variations and additions. The sound of healing instruments like gongs and crystal singing bowls allow for deep relaxation of both sides of the brain and create an inner harmony in the body, mind, and soul. It stimulates stress relief on all levels and the elimination of toxins from the body.
